Does this unit fold at all for storage?

No, this is a sturdy one piece rig that does not fold up unless you wanted to remove some bolts. It does come with casters for rolling, though.

How high is the base of the seat off the ground with casters on?

Without the moving platform the bottom of the seat is at 10 inches, and the top of the side cushon is at 16 inches

Will this rig come in a ups truck or a semi that way i know what to look for when i buy it?

UPS truck delivered my rig. Large box, item nicely packaged and needs assembly, but easy to put together.

Can this handle a Fenetec DD2?

I haven't tried it personally, but I am certain this cockpit is more than capable of exceeding your expectations! The wheel mount does NOT flex and will probably marry-up without issue. I am moving to a "DD" in 2020 and will update this post when I make the switch.
