Ultra HD 2-Door Rolling Cabinet

Poorly made... receiving nuts break free sometimes and when that happens the bolt won’t go all the way in or come back out... ordered a lot of these things only one came out perfect... and I had to drill it out in a new set nut and tack it in place then repaint it and I’m not doing that on all of these... donated them to goodwill because they function but they’re to flimsy for my needs... for the price I expected quality... way to expensive for junk...

I needed more countertop & more cabinet space in my kitchen... I decided on Gearbox Ultra HD rolling cabinet & home-assembly (pro assembly was costly). Upon arrival, the parts list & labeled diagram seemed quite intimidating, because the ink was very pale & the lines very thin, requiring a bright light to read. There were also lots of parts (including approx. 100 screws). But EVERYTHING was there (including the EXACT number of each type of screw - miracle of miracles!) and ALL THE HOLES LINED UP (another miracle!). BE AWARE, you DO have to assemble it in the SPECIFIED ORDER, like a puzzle box (which increases its security). It took me 2 hours to assemble (a little old lady working alone). But all the parts were VERY CLEARLY LABELED (including which direction was left, right, front, back, etc), and that completely made up for the intimidating diagram & parts list.

Purchased this sturdy cart for our school health room so our student meds are easily transported for emergencies. Large wheels and handle bar make it easy to maneuver over sidewalk cracks. The student meds are in labeled clear plastic pencil boxes and stack on the shelves. The shelves are deeper than the length of the pencil boxes, so we store emergency first aid kits in the space behind. Looked at other medical carts and not only were they more expensive, they were truly made for holding files, they weren't large enough to hold all the med boxes, and the wheels were the small plastic kind used on office furniture so they get stuck on sidewalk cracks and break easily. It only comes with two keys, but our school locksmith made additional copies for those who should have access in an emergency.

We are very satisfied with this product. It’s a solid cart. You won’t be sorry to have this in your garage. The pieces fit well in their places, and it was a little complicated, but not difficult to assemble. They even included extra screws and we did use one (not sure why we were short). So, when someone says the cart is “easy” to assemble, well, it has a LOT of parts/screws, but it makes sense, which is easy. It took us 2 hours, but that counts clean up. This company has this product assembly well organized as long as you check the instructions and use the right screws in the right places. Take time, don’t rush it.

I am pleasantly surprised with the solid quality of the cabinet. It was easy to assemble which took about 90 minutes. Good instructions. All parts labeled (including part numbers on bags of screws). Depending on your strength you might want a second person helping you. You might also want a second pair of hands to hold things while you line up the bolts and get them started. As you do each step, put the bolts in loosely until parts are aligned and then tighten. I’m happy enough with this I will probably get a second one soon.

It went together very easily. Instructions are clear, and the parts are labeled so you don't have to guess if you're using the correct fastener. Comes with a magnetic screwdriver, which really helped. We got it together in about 30 minutes (it helps to have another set of hands in the beginning). The wooden top is surprisingly well made and attractive. It's sturdy and holds quite a bit. Very happy with it.

The cart looks just like the pictures online. Very attractive with attention to detail. The wood top is beautiful. Assembly takes a while since there are many parts, but the directions are clear and easy to follow. The pieces went together like they were supposed to and extra screws were included in case one was lost. It was very well- packed and nothing was damaged. I think this cart is well-worth the money!

Helpful hint: the key is tucked into the door handle, so when you’re verifying that you have all pieces, prior to assembly, look beyond the bags of smaller bits. Also, the magnetic door closure might be stuck to something so check around. The directions were vague but if you have online photos you can figure out how to assemble. It definitely took longer than 30 minutes. The cabinet was worth it. It is very sturdy and handsome.
