Guard Your ID Wide Stamp Roller for Identity Protection, White

This is perfect for covering your address, account numbers and other private information on mail, parcels and magazines that you wish to discard. Very easy to use. It works well on glossy magazines and catalogues, but doesn't work well on glossy prescription bottle labels, smearing instead. Instant drying on normal paper. Long lasting: I use it a lot on junk mail and everything, and after one year, I'm still on my first cartridge. Makes a good small gift. Affordable in the multi-pack with refills.

I haven't used any other Guard Your ID models or brands of similar devices so I can't compare them but this little ink roller seems to do a good job hiding personal information. One roll across a flat surface leaves a good camouflage of ink, as long as the surface is flat though, and even. I did use it to roll over prescription bottle labels and that worked pretty well too but I had to go over some spots twice simply because I was working on a curve. Once I'd done it a couple times though, I was able to do one roll on the bottles and get pretty much the same camouflage effect as on a flat envelope, magazine label, etc. I keep mine on a little shelf on the kitchen counter so that it's easy to grab and use. Otherwise, I fall into the old habit of just throwing things out, maybe tearing a piece of the paper off that contains my info and crumpling it but not being very smart about it. Now I've been using this roller pretty diligently. It's easy and fast. The one issue I have is that it doesn't have a little plastic cover for the bottom, or a little container that will last better than the original cardboard box it came in. I keep it in that box because more than once I must have either not pressed the button on the top hard enough to pull the roller back inside, or else I pressed it again while putting it away without realizing it and the roller ended up leaving ink on something it shouldn't have. So I try to be careful to make sure the roller is retracted and then I sit it in the little box so that any ink that does escape doesn't get on anything it shouldn't. So ya, a little snap on piece of plastic for the bottom to assure the roller is covered up would be nice. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.

I have bought PLUS brand before and have not had any issues with the stamps. They work well and do the job of disguising the print on paperwork. They are long lasting and refills are available. Customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with one purchase, and they reached out to me to offer a full refund. I recommend PLUS brand stamp rollers.

These have great coverage and very easy and handy to use to black out anything you don’t want to be seen on documents, packages or anything in general going into the garbage. The shipping and delivery was good too. I highly recommend these.

Update :: the seller refunded my money and apologized that the product didn’t work for me. I would buy from this seller again. They are a good company for taking responsibility. Thank you. The ink roller works but the way you have to use it is not good. The cover doesn’t work and mine comes apart when I try to use it. I would not recommend this product. I should have returned it but I was trying to see if it got better, it did not.

This works. But it’s also messy with ink.

Can’t live without these! I’ve been using these for years to mask my personal info from address labels and junk mail. Ink is dark and it has great coverage.

Ce produit ne caviarde pas vraiment vos informations. Sur les faits, l'information semble bien cachée/caviardée. Regardez le résultat dans une autre position, exemple debout au lieu d'assis, ou avec une lumière différente, et vous pouvez tout lire ce que vous pensiez caviarder. J'utilise donc le ID Guard Stamp plus efficace.
