Arrived with the handle broken turned it back, also glad it was the case as when compared to the similar product from Cusinart I was replacing which I had from 2012 this is a more expensive yet a much lower quality than what it used to be. wouldn't buy again

This is a great sandwich toaster!
This is a great sandwich toaster…but it actually is so much more than that! Having tried a few different types of toaster that were either too small, or, just didn’t do a very good job, this Cuisinart Grill and Griddle does a great job. The machine is well made, with a good quality feel. So easy to use, and clean. The unit comes with a set of flat griddle plates and a set of ribbed grill plates that are so easy to swap over. You can also easily open the grill out flat, to cook a variety of different food and vegetables. The temperature control allows for excellent adjustment to suit your needs. The only thing that I would say is a negative would be that the unit is rather large, but if that’s not a problem for you, then the larger size becomes an advantage. Well happy with this one!

power switch probems for recently purchased unit
i purchased this unit in oct 2025 n only used it few times to make sandwish n now redlight is regularly coming on when it is turned off. there is def problem with power switch n poor design. i like to have it replaced by cuiseart asap as i can provide original invoice via amazon. i purchased same unit for my kids in uni many years ago n that unit is still working fine n without any power switch issues.

Ease of cleaning: Love the fact you can put the plates into the dishwasher. Also you have four changeable plates and you can swap them around. So impressed that we got another for use outside as our BBQ.

Replacement is ideal. Second time around.
I was really pleased with this until it cut out whilst I was making dinner on a Saturday night. Amazon we're brilliant and arranged a refund/return immediately. I will buy another and put this one down to bad luck. I've since bought another from Amazon and it's worked perfectly all week. Perfect for healthy eating and comfortable and easy to both use and clean. Definitely please I stuck with it.
