A: Pure Encapsulations Energize Pure Pack is a comprehensive pack containing a multivitamin along with omega-3s, vitamin D, l-carnitine, magnesium, and CoQ10. Taking an additional multivitamin with this pack is not necessary, unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.

**Q: What is the smell coming from?**
A: Supplements can have strong smells which can vary from lot to lot.  This is due to the nature of the natural ingredients used in supplements.  There are no additives used to mask any of the natural smells and/or coloring.

**Q: how many fish oil caplets in packet? 1 or 2? the burbs & fish aftertaste was stronger than any other I've ever taken. why? freeze them?**
A: Energize Plus Pack contains 2 EPA/DHA essentials softgels. Pure Encapsulations does not recommend freezing the softgels for long term storage, as this can introduce moisture into the packets. They do recommend taking the fish oil in the middle of a meal.
