Q: What is the voltage ?

110v a/c.The speaker and Bluetooth receiver are one unit and plugs into fan unit. It is switched on and off using your fan switch unless you rewire it to stay on all the time ,but you will need a constant hot wire at fan to do so. Then you just simply connect and disconnect your bluetooth as needed, with out turning on fan.

Q: What type of duct is recommeded for this fan, does it have to be insulated?

It's best to use rigid duct. The duct is 4" diameter. Insulated is not necessary, but can be used. However, you should follow local and state codes in your area.

Q: I lost the grille for one of of 6 units I bought... where can I buy just the grille?

Q: Can I mount this on the wall?

No, it's ceiling mount only. For your information , noisier than expected...but blue tooth works great
