Excellent bed and excellent seller. I contacted them because I received the mattress, but I hadn't received my adjustable base yet, and they wrote immediately and gave me a tracking number. The adjustable base is heavy, but it's also heavy duty and sturdy. Easy to put together! Screwed in the legs, attached power supply, attached mattress retainer, and turned it over. Threw the mattress on and it was already paired to the remote control. Sleeping like a baby! Great bed!

First I want to say ,get help the bases are very ,very heavy and hard to leverage when setting up inside your base if you got a split king like I did!!!With that said after setting up by myself, removal and all I had the best nite sleep I had in a long long time!!! Years!!!!The base motors are basically silent and operate flawlessly,the zero G mode is my favorite position on the remote!!! These mattresses are very well made and the comfort level is perfect for me and my wife!!! We both are in our 50s and our lower backs are sub-par at this time,we'll obviously it was the previous bed that was truly hurting us!!! Ergonomics is everything !!! Stay away from the so call mattress warehouses,those guys are worst than car sales men!!!! Sven & Sons quality is fantastic,worth every penny!!!

Was easy to assemble, nice and firm very comfortable mattress.. bed moves up and down easy .. vibration is a plus for me since I had two back surgery.. well worth the price

Works as it is supposed to. Easy to set up. Be careful is a little heavy but it does have a lot of features.

We bought this having never laid on it, and overall we are satisfied with our purchase and would buy it again. It arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. It is heavy, but we got it inside and up the stairs with a dolly, then could slide it to our room. The mattress went from box to ready for bed quickly. I was worried about the odor, as we have another memory foam topper, and frankly they have a slight odor forever it seems. (But, I can smell an ant fart.) This has that same lingering odor, but my husband doesn't notice it. I notice it on my pillow when I flip it. Anyhow, the adjustments are perfect, from TV, to zero gravity, to no snore (our fave). The under bed light is perfect - not too bright if turned on during the night. We also like the vibrate setting to lull us back to sleep when we wake in the middle of the night. It somehow gets my mind off of life... The distance from the nightstand when sitting is a challenge if you need to reach your drink, but not a deal breaker. If we could recommend improvements: we really need 2 remotes that both work, as then either of us could adjust the bed. (They generously sent us a second remote at our request, but only 1 can sync at a time...) And, the remote needs a better light on it, as when you don't know the settings by heart and you're half asleep, one false move and we're inadvertently sitting up. We are in our 50's and bought this because our old bed was causing aches and pains. So, it's been a good switch. And the folks at Sleep Geeks have been great since the order was placed.

Excellent quality . The massage feature could be stronger , basically just vibrates . Postitiining is excellent. Love the pillow top. The underneath light is perfect intensity . Not to bright.

We have been sleeping on this for about 7 weeks now. We really have enjoyed this bed. We have had some adjustment to the split King setup and I am not totally sold on the crease in the center. That is not a problem with the manufacturing or the bed itself but with the style in general. We have put it through its paces and really like all of the settings. The remotes came already paired with their individual side of the bed but there is a sync button inline with the power cable in the event that it needed it. The three different vibration levels are sufficient for just a light amount up to a real good rumble and is nice after a long day sometimes. The under the bed lighting is very nice and puts out plenty of light to see where you are going without disturbing the other person. My local delivery company wasn't very flexible with delivery and my wife had a last minute trip out of town so I had asked about delivery the following week but they would only allow 72 hours on their dock before automatically returning the bed. I opted to take a day off of work to receive the shipment. The driver was supposed to drop at the curb but since the driveway is paved and flat he just rolled it straight into the garage for us. The assembly consists of adding the legs to the bottom of the bed, adding the mattress retention stop at the foot, and plugging it in. Be prepared by having 9v batteries on hand (2 for each side), I wasn't sure what they were for since the bed is plugged in but guessing it may be power to lower the bed if their was a power outage so it isn't stuck in some position other than level. The bed came on a pallet with the two mattresses on top all strapped together. The unboxing was extremely easy by opening as a clam shell and simply removing the bed and folding it out. There were two boxes inside that had the parts and the remote controls, with the owners manual. This fit directly into our existing bed frame with the cross supports removed. I will say that we have a pretty high foot board that is flush with the mattresses so making the top sheet up with the retention elements and foot board in the way is a bit difficult. Getting the fitted sheets over the center top corner of each mattress is also a bit difficult but not a problem unless you have mobility issues.On night 2 the cross member that lifts the upper half of the bed separated due to a bad weld. Two pops and it was done. I believe that the first weld failed passing the all of the load to the other side causing that side to fail. I got out of bed and wrote to them immediately late that evening. I was contacted first thing in the morning. They were very apologetic but I understood that sometimes there are bad welds since I have worked in manufacturing before for many years. They had me send pictures and the serial number and processed a replacement shipment for that half immediately. They also had the white glove delivery and installation at no cost to me. They came in and packed up the broken unit and put the new one in and tested it and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I couldn't have asked for a better response from the seller or the white glove service people.As you can see by my star rating we very much like the bed and would recommend this. We may eventually go to a solid king versus the split just to get rid of the seem in the middle. It is possible to sync the two units for using a non-split mattress.
