After owning this case for over a year, it can say with absolute certainty that this case is the best I’ve ever owned. I’m clumsy, drop my phone often; sometime from holding, off tables, getting in/out of my car, taking photos (you get the idea). Yet, my phone has no damages whatsoever. I’ve not got a screen protector but this hasn’t bothered me in the slightest. My screen is in pristine condition. The only downside I have is that the charging port protector has broken off. In truth, I’d expected this. When charging a phone at least once a day, the mechanism takes a beating and it was only a matter of time. Having said that, my partner has a new version and that charging port protector seems to be better quality. All in all, I’d absolutely recommend this case.

This is less bulky than others I’ve had on precious phones. Seems to be robust. Attaching the frame that retains the phone is a bit fiddly.

I like that this case has magnets inside, so the connection between its magnets and the magnets inside a MagSafe connector is absolutely amazing. It feels like any MagSafe connector is connected straight to the phone's magnets, it's very powerful. The case is very sturdy and rugged, and that is what people are looking for in a case like this. However, I am not happy how the rubber around the front edge of the case has started to slowly peel off after a couple of months. I haven't used my phone in any extreme circumstances (hiking), so I guess only from putting the phone in my jeans pocket and taking it out, it has started to peel. The good thing is that it's not TOO bad and it's only around the front edges, where the material is only rubber. A major downside is that the buttons are very difficult to process. It's not impossible to press them, it's just that the key travel is very annoyingly short, so you have to apply a lot of strength. It's weird at first but then you kind of get used to it and it doesn't feel too unnatural. I have had no issues with my screen protector, so the front part protects the case really well. I also have a camera protector, just in case m phone goes flying against a sharp corner. Quite a lot of dust settles in the little drills around the microphone and speaker, but that's normal. The case is not too difficult to take off and put on. When you're taking it off, I guess just peel off two corners first and then you can take off the whole case. When putting it on, just put the bottom side of the phone in first and then push in the top. Overall, this is a very good case and I have barely experienced any wear and tear after a few months. The screen is very well protected. The rubber bit on the front started peeling off and the buttons are difficult to press. The case looks good though, so you can both be protected and be stylish, kind of...

Solid build quality

This is the second case I’ve bought - one for me one for husband. They’re durable and very high quality. The magnet is strong enough for the charger unlike other brands I’ve tried.

I had otterbox phone cases in the past, but to be honest this is the worst one. Usually them are made from nice soft rubber, but this phone case is hard and feels cheap.

La uso para proteger el móvil frente a rayones y golpes en el trabajo. Cumple lo que promete. Estaría genial que hubiese un modelo que además proteja la pantalla y la cámara trasera, no puedo evitar romper cristales templados, sobre todo de la cámara al apoyar el móvil ya que con la funda queda el cristal templado de la cámara a ras. Por lo demás es perfecta, se me había roto la tapa del puerto de carga después de casi dos años, y adquirí una segunda para seguir usándola en el trabajo.

I bought this case for my husband’s birthday—his second one in three years. He works in construction and puts his phone through a lot, so I knew it was time for a replacement. This case holds up incredibly well. It’s easy to put on, fits perfectly, and gives the phone the protection it needs. No issues at all. OtterBox continues to deliver top-notch quality. Five stars!
