This worked really well for us. We had a few patchy areas in the yard and this filled in nicely without a lot of extra effort. Super easy to use—just spread, water, and let it do its thing. We started seeing growth pretty quickly, and it came in thicker than expected. Great option if you don’t want to overthink lawn repair or deal with multiple products. It’s kind of a one-and-done solution.

My photos show before and after, about a 3 week difference. I'm relatively happy with this seed. As you can see, grass is growing. However, I have a few spots that just won't sprout anything and I think its due to increased shade in those areas. So if you have a shady area, this seed won't work I'm guessing. Also, it isn't as thick as I'd want it. Maybe in due time. I might put more seed down.

Had grass growing within 2 weeks. My sons were helping me water and just as excited as I was to see little sprouts growing in. Just watered everyday it didn’t rain. I’m going to buy more to fill in spots.

This Scott’s brand grass seed worked very well. We are pleased with the results.

It has been over a month since planting, and none of the seeds have grown. I suspect the seeds may have been too old. Although a return option was offered, I am unable to return the product since the seeds are already in the ground. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident purchasing this product again.

A lot of grass came up in a week, some of the grass didn’t come up. I will have to put more grass seed down to cover the bare spots where the grass didn’t grow

For heaven's sake, don't leave this seed on your garage floor. The RATS ate just about all of the two bags I bought before, until I poisoned them. They ate hearty until they didn't.
