It was customised to the font that i wanted and also the pendant look really nice .. great product and customer service.Just one area of improvement is the chain is too thin .. which is acceptable in this price range.. but there can be option of selecting the thickness or weight of the chain

The necklace is good but the chain is far too small for even an average person to wear in the neck let alone someone a little bit chubby, gonna return the order..
