Very easy read and includes real life scenarios to ponder!

I am giving this as part of a graduation gift for a new graduate in education who will be working as a principal. I was fortunate to find it as it is a newly written book and very up to date with current teaching standards. great find, thanks

Fullan's most recent book The Principal - three keys to maximizing impact, is an easy to read outline of how school leaders, attempting to struggle with learning and teaching in this 21st century, can move their schools to be relevant and meaningful in the design and implementation of a contemporary curriculum. Fullan, without the burden of complicated jargon and theory, strategically outlines how school leaders can move their schools to be effective schools with the support of staff, systems and most importantly the students. A great read - highly recommended for any school leader wanting to create a better school.

Excellent book for making a difference in any school. This book is an easy read with realistic information about leadership and building culture.

Some advice is good, but what works in Canada does not necessarily work in the U.S.

This is a great book with new insights on what it means to be a learning leader and the changing role of the principals in today's educational transformations.

Challenged a lot of previous works such as instructional and transformational leadership theories. Really easy to read, understand and yes, did challenge and extend my own education leadership thinking.

I am a big fan of Michael Fullan's. This book is way too American for my liking though!
