I'm chronically ill and spend a lot of time in bed lying down/reclining. This wedge really, really, really helps me be comfortable. Wether I am just using it as is to lie back by slightly propped up, or cover it with memory foam pillows to sit upright slightly more, it's a great tool and support, and I could not be happier. It really helps with my lower back ache from being in bed so much, and helps me breathe better when I nap during the day propped up by it. My husband is also a huge fan, and uses it loads when I am well enough to get out of bed and into my reclining arm chair. Very definitely worth the money. Smells a bit funky when you open it, but that's to be expected for vaccum packed foam. Just air it out for 2-4 days in a well ventilated spot before use and all is well.

This item is packed in a small box. Once out of the box it is probably not possible to get it back in. The tight packing left creases on the zipped cover. These may wear down in time – or they may not. The wedge itself needs to ‘stand’ for a day or two to regain its shape fully and lose its smell. Despite being fairly big it is only 2 feet wide so when in use it tends to slips sideways even in a 3’ single bed. During the night I need to turn over a lot to offset arthritis. Each time I have to re-align the wedge or risk rolling off it. When in place it is comfortable, though. I don’t suppose this particular wedge is worse than any other, but I was disappointed to hear from the seller that spare covers are not available.

I have had major surgery and have to sleep on my back at the moment, which is not a natural position for me. I bought this, and I’m sleeping propped up, which relieves some of the pressure in my lower spine. I am sleeping much better. It has a slightly odd smell. I would have liked the option to buy a pillowcase to fit, because it’s much bigger than a standard pillow. I have ended up wrapping a single duvet cover around it.

I bought this wedge pillow to help with acid reflux, and I’m genuinely impressed. The incline is just right to keep my upper body elevated without putting strain on my neck or lower back. After a few nights, I noticed a clear improvement in reflux symptoms and less discomfort in the morning. Overall, it does exactly what it’s meant to do. If you struggle with acid reflux or nighttime heartburn, this pillow is a simple, non-invasive solution that actually works.

I purchased this product in the hope it would improve snoring, however the product is not comfortable with no improvement in snoring at all. The pillow is very big thus if you have a small place it is difficult to find somewhere to store it. I had requested to return the product however due to the pillow being so big I was having great difficulty in getting the pillow back into the original packaging. I had messaged the seller about this however to date I have had no response!!! I would not personally recommend this product.

So far, I find it comfortable and it's much better than the many nights I had to sleep sitting up! It felt great to lie down but yet raised to prevent reflux. Enabled me to sleep. The right size to allow sleeping on back/side without any problems of rolling off. Firm yet soft and comfortable. Well worth the money. My only issue is that the seller didn't offer the option of buying an additional cover to use when one is in the wash. I couldn't find a separate cover to buy for this product. This option should be introduced.

The pillow is quite hard, but I find it is comfortable for my shoulders. So far it hasn't lost its shape. I find it comfortable to learn against. Overall the actual pillow is ideal for my condition. The pillowcase however is a nightmare. The zip was broken not too long after it arrived. It can be a bit difficult to put on/off. I do wish you could get other colours besides white (for me white isn't ideal). In the end I had to get rid of the pillow case.

I bought this as I had recently started using the SnoreLab app and was horrified to find how badly I snored and for how long, and this explains a lot (like when we go on holiday I get a room at the other end of the house). One of the first things that SnoreLab suggested trying was a 30 degree tilted pillow. I looked at a few and this seemed a reasonable cost. It arrived quickly. It is BIG, but I got used to it quickly. Even after one night it became obvious that it just hit the spot with my snoring, and I've gone from a 'SnoreScore' of 125 (which is several hours of LOUD and EPIC snoring) to an average score of 5 (a few minutes of light-to-medium snoring every now and again). I can't quite believe it, and I realise it won't work for everyone, but I had no idea that a firm upward tilt would do so much to almost eradicate my snoring.
