The recipes are good, very tasty for gluten free. I have one question. Their meyer lemon pie calls for 1 Cup of Meyer lemon zest. Surely that is a mistake. It is on page 286.

What a great cookbook for those of us who are gluten free but still want tasty treats. I have made several dishes and enjoyed every one with the small exception of the Kief Family Breakfast Casserole which seemed a little too bland and flavorless to me. Tonight I am preparing the Quick and Easy Enchilada Pie to use some of my fresh garden zucchini. It is currently my go-to cookbook and I highly recommend it.

My niece has tried two recipes from the book. Both were winners. She is convincedthe entire book will be the same. Only recommendation is that the purchaserbe acknowledged somewhere in the paperwork/address label/etc. whensending.

there are several recipes in here that I can't wait to try, including the cinnamon rolls, chicken & dumplings, cheese souffles (which I've never had), and the chocolate lava cakes. it's a fun book to flip through!

Only a 4 because I've only tried a couple of the recpies so far. Seems to have a lot of great alternatives. Can't wait to try more

I gave my son this book as a gift because he has celiac. He really likes.

The girls are super talented. The book is fun, beautiful and filled with great recipes. A great gift for Gluten Free and or not so in need of Gluten Free.
