CRKT Pocket Driver Stash Tool Accessory: Aluminum Handle, 9912

This thing fits 4 bits. Comes with a phillips head, flathead, torx 6 and torx 8. The top is a bit tough to pull off. I added a lanyard to make it easier. Takes the bits well and they don't get stuck. Torx bits seem strong enough so far, no stripping. Good tool.

Using as a pill case as something a little lower profile to my bitvault. It holds pills just fin and size and shape are great, my biggest grip is the clip is on the wrong side. I would love to put my keys on it and clip to my pocket, where the key ring is makes absolutely no sense to me in relation to the clip, even if it was being used as a screwdriver. It’s a little over priced but overall ok, see if I can’t mod the clip myself.

CRKT has really been surprising me with their well executed accessories. Not only are they well made but the collaboration with Scout Leather Co. on this item is next level. Scout Leather Co. is amazing as well check them out. The bits are Wiha, which are the best in the game in my opinion. The mechanism to allow it to hold on your keychain is sturdy and trustworthy. You can also add a pocket clip provided by Prometheus Flashlights if that the mode of carry your looking for. If your looking to hold something other than bits discreetly you can do that as well. So well done, practical, functional and I’m happy to own both.

A pocket screwdriver this small is certainly handy, but this one has issues: The Pros: * Uses standard-size insert/driver bits and comes with four that you're likely to encounter. Chances are you already have many others in your stash. * Small and light The Cons: *The keychain/clip is hard to remove. *The O ring came off the first time I unscrewed the storage cap. * You have to fiddle with the bits to get them all back in, and they rattle when the driver is closed. * When unscrewing something, you can accidentally start to unscrew the cap at the base of the driver. Nice idea, but they didn't put enough thought into the design to make it more manageable and user friendly.

Solid build and great addition to a keychain for quick use. Quality for a good price.

Picked this up to throw in my bag to have a screwdriver with me when I need it. It works perfectly for what I needed it for. If you're looking for something for heavy usage and don't want to buy and actual driver for some reason, I reccomend something more substantial like the Klein Tools 32535 10-in-1 10 Fold Screwdriver / Nut Driver. For most people, however, this will do exactly what you need it to do.

Well built, 4 bits fit easily. The end pops off to put them in to make a really good screwdriver. I wear it at work on my lanyard so I can fix stuff on the fly as I come across them. Lightweight and easy to use.

The quality is ok, but the design is very inconvenient for the user, bits in the tube are not easy to be organized, and using the tool requested you remove the key ring/clip part which is only suitable for key chain carry. The bits are held in position by rubber ring friction, which is not a durable design too.

Dissapointing as this is wonderfully made. The bit retention mechanism is what lets it down. There's a rubber O-ring in front of the hex bit holder, that's where all your retention comes from. No magnet or anything. Once that O-ring wears you'll have no bit retention. In addition because they've used the space for the o-ring in front of the bit holder, it only engages with at most a quarter of the bit so it isn't held in positively. It's a shame as this is the perfect size for a key-chain or pocket tool kit, and there aren't many 1/4 drivers in this size category. But I can't put my trust in the bit holder itself. At a £25 price point, I'm returning this, but if you only intend to use this for light duty applications, it is a very nice package.
