One caveat
I originally wanted a classic pea coat with SHAPE. When you lose fifty pounds (60 down, 70 to go...) and your shape is naturally curvy, you want to SEE those curves you used to have. Something about the longer shape on this one drew me in - and I'm glad I chose it. I got the XXL because I wanted a little extra space all around for layering underneath (got that, on the body). But the problem with nearly everything I ever bought when I was very large and now, still sometimes, as I scale down, is when clothing manufacturers upsize a garment they don't seem to understand they cannot bypass the armhole/sleeve area. If a person is overweight across the chest you have to know you're going to have to cut a roomier garment there AND through the armholes/arms, as well. With my weight loss (currently hovering around 197 lbs/size 16), I can wear the coat without another layer underneath. It's going to be snug with a fitted hoodie, however. And there's no way the armholes wouldn't have been impossible (XXL, remember) at 250 lbs.At any rate, at under 200lbs NOW this is a beautiful coat, with a flattering mid-thigh length and slight princess fit/flare. Details I thought might be distracting (the cuff bands) are actually quite lovely. I hope this coat is still here when I'm smaller because it's already slimming and kind of "hot." But if I were a size 8 it would REALLY look smashing!Just don't be surprised if the armholes kill the deal if you're bigger than a size 16. If they'd cut it properly at the armholes it would have been flattering on a size 24.

Beautiful Coat/ Professional-(For the Non-Busty)
The medum is very fitted but tight in the chest otherwise I would give 5 stars. I am a 36C, 155 pounds and 5'10, Size 10 generally in clothes. Would work for a small night time dress. But if going to wear with a business outfit underneath it would be too tight and uncomfortable. I do love the coat, so I am returning this one and trying the next size up, Large, a little more expensive in price. But still worth it and I think is going to fit perfect and look great!!

Great Style
Usually an Ann Klein is a little bit big on me but this coat was a tad bit small. However it still buttons up without looking too snug. I was looking for a navy blue pea coat. This is more of a deep royal blue which I actually like better. The slight flare across the hips is most slimming. I love that!! It's quite heavy so I'm assuming it will see me through cold Colorado winters. If you are looking for something along the lines of a pea coat and still looking for something that is a little classier, I would definitely recommend this coat.

Very cute, but a knock off
I ordered the leopard print version of this jacket. I have been looking for a jacket to add a little "spice" to my wardrobe, but at a value price. I thought the price seemed a bit too good to be true, saw a few reviews saying it was a knock off, but ordered the jacket anyway. I have to say that the jacket is very cute! It is a flattering fit. I wanted something with a fun print, which the leopard is. It seems decent for what I paid for it. I may have to reinforce the sewing on the buttons, just to make sure they stay attached. Over all I am happy with the purchase. I took a star off because it is advertised as being an Anne Klein, when it is clearly not. The tag sewn in it are off as well as the tag attached to it. All fake.

High quality jacket at a great price
I was wanting a classic camel hair coat for a while and didn’t want to settle for one that looked cheap. I had decided that I was willing to shell out big bucks in order to get the luxe that I wanted but when I saw this one on Amazon under the Anne Klein label I thought it was worth a shot. The fabric is very high-quality wool the code is very warm and the fit definitely makes the jacket look high-end. A great investment.

Rather light but I love it
I am overall very impressed. I am a 5'2, 110lbs, teenage girl (32-25-36) and I normally wear a size 2 so I ordered an XS - in charcoal. The first thing I noticed was how light it was which may not be a good thing for those of you further up north but for me, it works perfectly because I live in the state of Georgia where it normally does not get too freezing so this coat is very suitable for most winter temperatures. (I actually have a much thicker double-breasted pea coat from Gap but I found that it was much too heavy to wear on most days and it was a pain to lug around at school.) The quality is decent for its price ($100) and I really like the dark charcoal color. The fit is a little bit too loose for my taste - especially in the waist - but it fits fairly well arounds the shoulders and the sleeves are perfect in length. Since I am rather short, the coat falls just an inch or so above my knees. I love that I can pop the collars up, which looks pretty cool. The coat is very comfortable although the outside (which it says is 80% wool and 20% polyester) is a bit coarse. The delivery was very quick (it took less than two days from when I ordered it).I spent quite a lot of time searching for the perfect, not-too-heavy, dark grey, BBC-Sherlock-style coat that I could wear to school without much hassle and I think I've found it. Thank you! :)

Bought as a gift but now I want one
I got this for my mother in law as a gift. But once I tried it on I loved it on me as well and now have to have one. It's perfect for winter's in SC where it doesn't get that cold often. But on a really cold day cam be layer and get the job done. Also came fast.

Just was what I was looking for
Anne Klein is a well made brand. I like that it is a longer fitting double breasted jacket I am (5'4"), beautiful color of scarlet red, and I ordered it a little large so I could wear sweaters under it.

Cheap Looking
I bought this coat to replace my current LeChateau wool coat. It’s like night and day!!My LC coat is very heavy, the lining is a strong, beautiful, silky material. It’s tailored well in a perfect silhouette. This coat has very cheap “wool” material (it feels like cheap poliéster that you buy from Chinese websites). The lining is paper like and cheap. The stitches are not well done. This is not a proper, real wool coat. If you want something you can get at places like Shein or UrbanPlanet, go for it. But if you’re expecting LeChateau-like quality, no way.

Okay
Heavy and thick material, and true to size - no need to size up unless you want a looser fit.If you are petite/short, the sleeves will be long and will give the arms a scrunched up look. The fabric is too thick to fold the cuffs so you either need to tailor it or have the arms look like a bendy straw. The fit is a bit flared, I was hoping for a straight cut. It’s warm and will do nice for autumn and a dry winter but not my favorite purchase.

This coat fits very true to size.
I am an XL, 5'8 and 200 lbs. It fits like I was born in it and shapes my hourglass very well.

Beautiful Coat! ❤
I got the charcoal grey coat in size xs and it fits perfectly. For reference I'm 5"5 and approximately 110lbs to 115lbs my weight flexuatests. I wouldn't recommend this size to anyone any larger because the coat is very tailored and may be too tight. My mother who is quite small couldn't get it to fit her. This coat is absolutely stunning and is nice and warm. It also arrived a day earlier than expected. Thank you!
