Broke quickly
I've had the cup a couple of weeks, and probably had a couple of dozen drinks from it. It's washed nightly in the sink and left to dry. I've just noticed that it's already broken with water and condensation appearing in the vacuum section and because of the semi transparent design, it's visible and looks a mess. Plus, the vacuum is obviously compromised now and won't work either. I'm not happy that it only lasted a few weeks and I think I should ask for my money back. I would expected better from a brand like Thermos.

Not Happy :(
To be honest I am so glad that I did not pay a wad of cash for this, its a bit rubbish. Thermos used to be really precise with their products, but obviously some other company has got involved over the years, and like everything else in this world nowadays the quality has been bypassed. And that's all I have to say about that. Addendum: I have also found that once this mug is filled with hot liquid and the lid is put on and then I go to take a drink I get a horrible smell of rubber from it as I am drinking!! Personally I would not have bought this mug if I had known that, but on looking at reviews, be they false or otherwise, no one whom had bought one of these had pointed that problem out. I certainly won't be buying any more, and one other thing, I am not overly keen on the metal innards of this mug, I have other thermal mugs that are plastic inside and I do not have any such problems, so this mug will be resigned to the back of the cupboard for the foreseeable future. The only saving grace is that it wasn't expensive.

Total Rubbish
I am on my second one of these. The first one didn’t last long before soapy water was getting in between the inner, and outer bodies of the cup. I got it replaced…..thank you Amazon Customer Services, but Hey Ho, this replacement is doing exactly the same. It’s an inherent fault. When hot liquid is added, the inner and outer shells probably react differently to the heat, and thus become separate, and let in soapy water in the washing up bowl…..yes I wash it by hand, these are presumably not dishwasher safe.I wouldn’t recommend this item, it’s a waste of money. If the seller is reading this, Please replace it yet again…..and probably again in another month or so.Best thing to do with these, is to take them off the market altogether, they’re not fit for purpose.

Nice looking cup but leaked water into the vacuum within a matter of days.
What I like (and still like!) It's purple, it's easy enough to clean inside and out providing you don't submerge it (see below) and has held up pretty well to any scratches in the past few months. The lid fits tightly and you can easily drink out of it with the lid on.Dislike - the seal for the vacuum went in a matter of days so as soon as you submerge the cup, water inevitably leaks into the vacuum. As it's a translucent cup - this looks pretty shoddy and takes forever to drain out. Eventually, the water will escape back out over a matter of days causing a weird hissing sound when the cup is full of hot liquid. In hindsight, I should have returned it as it's no use as a thermal mug, but to be honest - it serves it's purpose well and, as long as I remember never to submerge it under water to clean, looks ok to considering it's in use daily.

Keeps coffee hot ✅
I bought this for my husband as his office is very cold and his hot drinks were cold before he finished them.It looks really smart, there is a thumb indent on the handle which is a bit rough - if the edges were smooth it would be more comfortable to hold.My first observations were the fact that the lid doesn’t stop the coffee escaping! *see video* this surprised me as although it clearly states that it’s not leak proof I thought it would function in the same way as a take out coffee cup from a high street coffee shop, and that the coffee would only come out of the hole!? Having said that my husband said it’s not an issue as it’s below the edge of the cup and you just drink how you normally would out of a mug.It retains heat excellently and keeps coffee hot for over 45 mins, it washes easily and my husband is happy what more could I ask for! :-)
