These fit well and work as promised. I have heavy periods and dread getting up in the morning, expecting leakage and worrying I won't make it to the bathroom 10 steps away without making a mess. These underwear help save the time I waste changing stained bedsheets and wiping the floor those heavy days. Sorry it's TMI but if you have heavy periods you know what it's like with the sleepless nights. They really help.

although this item does hold a lot of liquid, it provides a smell, and if you're on a light day and you use the bathroom, you feel like you have to change the undies and your pants because of the smell transfer. So I wouldn't feel secure using them outside of the home. I know, I know... TMI... This is real stuff though. But aside from that, I would recommend this product for the menstrual cycle and for people who suffer from urine incontinence. If you use this for urine incontinence, I would still use a small sanitary napkin, but you're going to feel better not having such a bulky sanitary napkin, while also knowing it's not going to trespass.

I love being able to use these during lighter/ medium days because they are so comfortable. My biggest issue is that there isn't enough coverage in the front. Why is it the back is covered all the way up to the waist band but the front has very very minimal coverage? If you sleep on your stomach or side these underwear will leak, be prepared! I shouldn't have to use a pad with these underwear but I do. So I pretty much only wear these on the days leading up to my period, with a pad/tampon or on the very light days.If they redesign the underwear to have a larger front panel these underwear would be perfect but until then either pass or be prepared for leaks.

These are just ok... they did NOT prevent leakage, in fact it went right through on a heavier day. They do offer a little more protection than just a normal pair, but not sure how anyone would attempt to use only these without a tampon. They fit wierd too, like grandma panties and can be seen through your pants, but good as extra protection when you're sleeping.

The underwear fits true to size, I was worried about this based on some of the other reviews. But I did not need to go up a size. It’s comfortable and has good coverage. The elastic is pretty stretchy, not sure how it will do overtime, but seems fine for now. I like the colors.

I purchased these for my teen daughter to wear when she has her period, since she is always worried about leaks. She was very impressed by how well they worked and how comfortable they are. Comfy cotton fabric let's skin breathe.
