Normally go bare foot as we play in the warmer months, but these are great in the cooler temps in Winter when we can still get out once or twice a week in Cedar Park, Tx. I really like that they stay on your feet well, give your soles some decent protection, and make it real easy to clean off feet at the end of the game prior to getting back into car to head home. Highly recommend for sand volleyball players.

When the sand is over 120° barefoot isn't an option. My son plays beach volleyball for his local high school. There was no chance he was stepping into the sand without these. Even with scorching heat he can still play.

I like these sand socks. I have an older pair that I use in my pool, and decided to order a new pair for a trip to Florida. They were scheduled to be delivered the day before my trip. I received messages about repeated delays during my trip, so my only problem was that the socks were not delivered until AFTER my return from my trip. :-(

I wear these to play sand volleyball. They fit great and keep the sand out. I wear a a pair of socks under them for added comfort.

I wore the socks at the beach. I walked on the beach in the sand. My feet didn’t feel the heat nor sand on my feet.

Wanted to love these, but they were a bit big on me. I wear an 8 in women's shoes, so I ordered the medium, but once I walked through sand I could feel my foot slipping. Additionally, the low-cut heel was a bit too low. I found that I had excess fabric at the front of my ankle but the back I kept trying to pull up (maybe because of the fit issue). They worked for walking to and from the beach chair over scorching sand, but would be insufficient for any type of sand sports.

These are the best sand socks for beach volleyball. I love the shorter ankle size and the reinforced toe and heel and neoprene bottom. Can't wait to hit the beach in them.
