I really like this quercetin. When I'm good I take it regularly, when I forget I take it at the first sign of a cold or virus. It also helps with allergies as a natural antihistamine. The only downside is size and if you have a problem swallowing larger pills this might be difficult for you as they are larger than normal. Oval shape probably 3/4 of an inch long as an estimate. I just ran out or I would provide a photo. However I really like these and they help me feel better.

I was told about this product during a peak time during Covid. I did not have covid as far as I know. I like the fact that this product supports blood vessel health. I have seen no other Quercetin product that has the high absorption rate this one has.
