Great fit for small ears and still block noise
I recently decided to properly try out different earplugs so I wouldn't murder my next door neighbor for falling asleep with the TV blasting YET AGAIN. I'm a petite woman with apparently very small ear canals-- I can only stand to wear earbuds in the small size, and if I wear those for more than a couple hours my ears get sore. So I tried a few different types of earplugs: these Mack slim fits, the regular sized Mack ultrasofts, and the Mack pillow soft silicone putty earplugs. The ultrasoft earplugs hadn't even expanded back to their full size before the pressure in my ear canals became uncomfortable, and they were also too long in length for me to sleep on my side. The silicone earplugs worked well to drown out noise (since they mold to your ear's external shape) but unsurprisingly stuck to my hair and pillowcase and pulled themselves out in the middle of the night. These Mack slimfits are significantly narrower and also shorter than the regular size, and still block out a fair amount of noise. With them in, I can't hear my neighbor's TV sounds through the wall, I can't hear my boyfriend snoring next to me, I'll wake up in the morning and the earplugs are still in place, and my ear canals won't hurt. They can also be reused several times before they stop rebounding after they're compressed. Highly recommend for other people with small sensitive ears and loud neighbors!

Finally able to sleep!
Evidently I have small ear canals. I was never able to successfully use similar products bc I couldn’t get them down into my ears. These fit! Blocks out my snoring husband & neighbor’s barking dog. I take them on retreats as well in case of noisy roommates. Add an eye mask and you have undisturbed sleep! The only caveat is that these may cause you to sleep through your alarm clock - be sure you have it set to LOUD.

Not too shabby!!
Work great to hold off the noise from nightmare upstairs neighbors. Tones down the snoring hubs as well (they does not fully block him out, but that's ok, I kinda like the guy. I do have very small earholes, and these fit without discomfort. I do struggle getting one in the left canal, but thats Due to my ears weird angle, but once in it stays quite nicely!

They don’t hurt your ears
These are great. They’re smaller than regular earplugs so they don’t hurt

Not perfect - don’t block noise thoroughly, but comfortable and work fairly well for me
Noise bugs me, probably a little more than the average person. We are about 300 feet from the 35 mph road we live on and the noise from what is probably considered fairly rural traffic to most can bother me. Trying to nap if someone is watching television in the next room? Not happening. Dog cleaning itself? Argh! My husband doesn’t get it, but I think factory and audio production work has blasted his eardrums into oblivion. So, several years ago, I bought these moldeable earplugs (I’ll list the URL for below). They are fabulous at blocking noise, but either the inside of my ears shrunk or the plastic on them expanded when they laid unused for a period - because they are now REALLY uncomfortable to try to sleep in. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00630ZA88/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I’ve tried to use the cylindrical basic yellow and orange earplugs my husband is given at his factory, but they pop out, even after rolling them up and squishing them. These are much softer and moderately thinner. No, they don’t block out all of the noise...but it does cut it down significantly for me. They are a tad long so I may cut a pair a bit and try that. At first, I thought they were performing somewhat poorly. Like the yellow/orange ones, I squished/rolled them up and placed them in. But, even though I thought they expanded quickly, I think it takes several minutes because after a while, they blocked more sound than they did initially.

Perfect for adults with small ear canals
Needed ear plugs for shooting, operating power tools, running the snow blower, etc. I've tried every shape and size of typical "adult" ear plugs. NONE of them fit. These fit PERFECTLY. They insert easily, block noise well, and don't fall out. The carrying case is handy as well - keeps them together and clean of the random hay, lint, and other crap that accumulates in my carhartts. (And as a bonus, THEY AREN'T PINK! There are a couple other brands of smaller size ear plugs that are marketed towards women. Newsflash: Not all women like pink. I purposely avoid buying things that are pink. Nothing against people who like pink, but seriously, some of us are basically allergic to the color LOL!)

Better for Small Ears
These are the closest I've found to earplugs that actually fit my tiny ear holes, but even using these, I can't wear them two nights in a row because it's painful. These have given me a slightly more restful sleep when I can wear them. I never got a continuous night's sleep without waking up several times even if I was taking Ambien, Lunesta, or any multitude of sleeping medication my doctor tried. While wearing earplugs isn't the end all be all solution to my sleeping problems, they definitely help block out potential sounds that wake me up. I'll still be on the search for better fitting tiny earplugs.
