Bed is amazing I love it my little boy loves it it’s sturdy and well built and Will last anyone that uses a very long timeSoma slight issues with building holes on wrong places but was easily resolved and that said bed was still up and very sturdy was more very inconvenient and disappointingBetween myself and the team the issue was resolved quicklyWould highly recommend this bed

This bed is awesome and perfect for my teenage gamer son, It looks awesome with LED tape ran around the frame at the back. A couple of issues that made it a little of a pain to put up but I only intend on putting it up once so not much of a problem.Tips... Ensure cage pieces are all on before tightening up. The ladder has square tubing that is uncomfortable of the foot so we added black pipe lagging to make it more comfortable. It has a brack for a TV up to 32 " (same size as we installed) connect all cables before attaching in place.

Got this as a gift for my son...absolutely brilliant...once up...took over 5 hrs to put up but once it was up we were very happy

This product arrived for a Xmas present with 2 panels unusable as the were bent and had no holes for the bolts.I have asked X Rocker to send replacements and attached photos as evidence.X rocker have either ignored my requests or been rude.I wish i had checked on social media before dealing with X rocker as the amount of disappointed customers is appalling.

Great bed and great service

As ypu could imagine my 6 year son was over the moon to get such a bed for Christmas along with all the tech to go with it. That was until it could only be half built due to the mess panels being twisted and out of shape, screw holes missing in the metal, and threads that hold the screws tightly. Very poor craftsmanship
