This is wonderful flour, makes great bread, but far too expensive so won't buy again.

I purchased this flour for a recipe that called for bread flour. I made the best pizza dough with this Scratch brand high gluten flour. I chose this brand because of the fast shipping time and price. I also love that the bag has a zip lock seal. Would buy again!

This product was very smooth. I mix it with my coffee in the mornings and sometimes with tea in the evening; When I am done I usually read or study and I feel that it helps a lot. Enjoy!

Took out of box yesterday didn’t notice until I went to seal the bag back up there is a small hole in bag I had flour on counter and trail on floor from counter to table. It’s a bit expensive to lose any of it. I put it in a storage bag so I wouldn’t lose anymore just wanted to make you aware. Barbara Krause
