It is grill season and we have been wanting to cook some salmon on cedar planks. Our last planks were burned up. Definitely make sure to read the directions and soak the planks- we did in apple cider vinegar/water, We did use it on a gas grill tru inafred so the temps get really high- I would not recommend that. They say not to exceed 350 degrees and I would tend to agree.
