Original Meal Replacement Shake

I’ve tried a lot of meal replacement shakes, and this one is easily one of the best. The cappuccino flavor is smooth and not overly sweet, with just enough coffee taste to feel like a real drink instead of a diet shake. No chalky aftertaste. It’s filling enough to get me through several hours, especially when I’m busy and don’t have time for a full meal. The consistency is perfect — not too thick, not watery — and it’s easy to grab on the go. Nutritionally, it does what it’s supposed to do, and for the price it’s a solid value. I’ve reordered multiple times and plan to keep it in my regular rotation. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a convenient, good-tasting meal replacement.

These are so delicious. Put them in the freezer overnight, and by lunch, they are a perfect blended coffee treat.

I like SlimFast, not necessarily for weight loss, I'm neither skinny not chubby. Though I wouldn't mind losing 5 lbs if I could do it without work or inconvenience, I like these because they're quick and easy to use for a meal without feeling like I'm skipping a meal. Rich Chocolate Royale is the only flavor I like since they cancelled the strawberry banana year's ago. So it can be a bit monotonous. I've been drinking 2 a day most days for about fifteen years. This last shipment I got one that tasted a bit like spilled milk. One out of approximately 10,000 is not enough for me to feel cheated.

This product really does a good job of making you feel full for longer. I will drink half a bottle for breakfast and then a few hours later finish it off as a snack. It keeps any cravings out of mind and keeps me feeling full for about 4 hours total for the bottle which is great and doing what was expected. The Cappuccino Delight is delicious, like a bottled Frappuccino in my view and is very satisfying.

This has always been my go-to meal replacement shake since I was in high school. That was back when slimfast came in tin cans (showing my age). I feel like the taste has changed a bit, there is a slight after taste. I can’t quite explain it. It’s not bad, just different. But cappuccino delight is my favorite flavor. I did actually switch up recently and try the Vanilla Cream, Caramel Latte, and Strawberries & Cream. Those were actually pretty good too. I would not recommend the Orange Cream Swirl. The orange flavoring tasted like medicine. My Premier Protein shakes do have more protein and less fat, but Slimfast tastes better to me. So I try to alternate them.

I have used Slimfast on and off for over 20 yrs. It tastes good and a long with exercise it helps you lose weight and for maintenance.
