would these be good for a car emergency kit ?

I think so. I have several pairs in our evacuation kits. They won’t solve all problems, but they’re a good all-around glove with rubberized fronts. I use them at work and they’re very durable.

Are these a good choice for delivery drivers in the cold weather?

Our electrical technicians use them to handle lights and fixtures during installation. They like the flexibility. Our area has more rain then really cold weather.

How do these gloves compare to Mad Grip gloves?

average , they are sort of our throw away - we are now using SHOWA Atlas 370 Black Work Gloves - Large / works much better and more durable

How resistant are these to liquid? In particular something like solvents? I was thinking about getting them for gun cleaning.

The palms and underside of the fingers are but the tops are cloth and not liquid resistant. They certainly could be used for gun cleaning but so can typical surgical/first aid type gloves - which would also offer more dexterity.

Kool Gloves But..

In the description for the item, it stated, "Pack of 2" I was under the impression there were two pairs of gloves, but it meant one left-hand glove and one right-hand glove, and not two pairs of gloves. I am not pleased, but such is life.
