I like bumper cases, and this is my favorite. It's a bit too plasticky -- I'd prefer something more rubbery -- but this does its job, and does it well. I ordered the blue to compliment my blue phone, and while they don't quite match, it's good enough. It's grippy while leaving the back open and a ridge around the front screen to protect it from being set face down.The irony is once I put a case on a phone, I rarely drop it -- so it hasn't been tested in that way. (Take the case off, and I have a 50/50 chance of dropping the phone in the next hour.) But if I do drop it with the case on, I have the expectation the phone will survive.

This case is the most slippery case I’ve ever owned I dropped my phone countless times

The case is great. It matches the color of my phone and shows off the nice finish, while still keeping it protected. My only complaint is that the case makes speakerphone functionality unusable. If I want to use speakerphone, I have to pull the phone out of the case which causes the case to stretch out over time. The company honored the warranty and replaced my first case, but I still had the same speakerphone issue and feel the case starting to loosen over time.

I have been using rhino shield cases since the iPhone 7. They have always been great and have never failed me. They look great and perform great. I’m pretty clumsy and drop my phone a good amount. It has protect it every time. It is also a great case for the new MagSafe stuff. I have a MagSafe wallet and it sticks great because it’s directly on the back of the phone.

I had this case for the iPhone 11 Pro Max and I dropped that phone every day for over a year and it still looked brand new. As long as you get a glass screen protector, this case does wonders in protecting your phone. I got this same case for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and so far I have not a single complaint

I really liked the idea of this Rhino bumper case and was hopeful it would work well. Unfortunately, it did not protect my phone at all. I have dropped my phone accidentally on concrete and asphalt, with a normal silicone case on it, and it was always fine. Yesterday I accidentally dropped my phone on a concrete floor with this Rhino bumper case on it, and the glass on the back completely shattered. So I’m going back to a silicone case. This case did not work well at all. Completely useless when it comes to protecting your phone.

Minimalist form with the protection

The bumper is what I was looking for as far as functionality is concerned. I wanted the back of my phone to be open to help keep the battery cool and besides, who doesn’t want to see the back of the phone? It just looks cool.My only problem that keeps me from giving a five star review is that the plastic is really slick. I have already dropped it a couple of times and I can’t keep it in my shirt pocket because it slips out. I was hoping for a more rubbery type of feel so I’m griping something that is going to allow me to hold the phone securely. If they fix this, I could give a five star.

This is a good bumper please note it is not a case. You will receive only the bumper. It fits perfectly and does the job.

The case doesn't provide that protection to the device. But anyway, it's a bumper case, so I can't complain. It's a bit slippery, but it's okay.
