I've used this product for 15 days. The first noticeable difference was the quality of my sleep improved within three days of use. Within one week I noticed my levels of phantom limb pain was at zero from about a two on the zero to ten scale [no pain meds involved]. At about the two week mark, my appetite [and sweet cravings] began to balance - I was eating less and actually eating more whole foods. I've reduced my supplementation of herbs - hydrogen makes nutrients more bioavailable. I'll continue using this product. The price point is such that you can do a 15 day experiment on yourself without breaking your budget.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on products to help relieve my pain as I have severe scoliosis severe arthritis multiple injuries and I am 71 years old age matters because as you get older all this pain gets worse I’ve tried prescription pills and I am at the end of my road and then I tried this I was shocked to find relief within the first day never tried anything that helped my pain this much I am extremely grateful beyond words!

I have used other brands of this type of product and thought I would give this one a try. I am also now using one of those H2 generator type devices. I have tested the generator type device using both reagent method and a digital H2 meter. Reagent wouldn't work on this since the finished product is not clear. Meter was within 15 % of reagent so assume accuracy is acceptable. I did multiple tests per their instructions in both an open top glass and a closed bottle to pressurize container while the pill is dissolving. In all case I get a reading around 1ppm to 1.3 ppm. Still a good product but not exactly as advertised in my opinion.

Dr. Mindy Pelz suggests a different brand, but this brand was much more cost effective with the exact same ingredients. I use it when I'm water fasting, taking 1x per day (per every full day fasting). I've only been using it for a short time but I instantly noticed such positive results on my physical and mental energy while fasting. Helps me to be able to push through.

As promised it bubbles and melts in 90 seconds, have it everyday in cold water its just so refreshing, workouts are better, overall feeling is good, just a week since I started using it as part of my stack of supplements throughout the day.Quality is excellent, this brand delivers on my every product I bought from them, the L-Serine is one of favorites, don’t believe negative reviews, its only because they are competitively priced and fair they are being bullied by major brands.

I really liked the hydrogen water that came in pouches. I thought that I could save some money by making my own at home. And it would save money, but I just could not get over the bad taste. I plan on trying again, as I would really like the convenience and savings. Thank you.
