Im not sure about the cut resistance, I wont trust them with that. They do work great for removing my trays from the freezer.

I work in Horticulture with a lot of trellis netting. I spend most of my day tying very tiny strings into knots. It's been difficult to find a pair of gloves that will allow me to do very precise tasks, without the gloves getting pinched or caught in what im doing. These gloves did the trick. They're holding up good after a month of use. They're easy to wash as well. I recommend using the sizing chart before choosing your size. I've noticed the different brands use different sizing charts. I'm glad I ordered the extra small instead of the small.
