BioSilkFacial Brush with Silk Therapy for Dogs - Grooming Brush with Detailer Bristles for Hard to Reach Areas on Dog Faces

My Scotty/Schnauzer mix gets food especially wet food caught in his beard. The bristles are soft and do not tug or pull his hair.

Nothing works I my short hair husky mix, like this brush. This brush works great! I got two, one for the car and one for the house/porch. Only complaint is the handle will separate from the brush. It doesn't "lock", so I'll be adding gorilla glue (an expanding glue) and resetting the brush.

My dog with short very sheddy hair is afraid of brushes. All brushes. All different kinds. But she actually tolerates this one!! It's not the best for getting a lot of fur out per swipe, but better than nothing. Also the back edge of the metal part is kinda sharp, so you can only use it facing one way.

Love the rubber side, easy to use and great for older dogs. Was awkward to figure out how to hold comfortably at first and handle did detach from comb end, just gorilla glued it and kept going. Still working and not bad for price. Just weird to hold for deshed grooming and broke within week so had to glue.

Needed a new pin brush for my medium coat GSD. This BIOSILK pin brush is much better than the expensive wood handled pin brush that I am now returning. Better: more pins; removes more loose hair; more comfortable for the dog because the pins sit on a flexible platform; more comfortable for me due to the well-designed handle; less than half the price.Dog and I are extremely happy with this new pin brush.

The only thing quality about this is the brand name. After less than a few weeks of regular use on a toy breed dog, this brush is missing pins and bristle! It loses them every use. It came without the removable comb, which was a frequent problem according to other reviews. I called Biosilk, and they told me Fetch 4 Pets, not Biosilk, makes them. They gave us their NY number and customer service extension. I called the number provided, and they have changed to 4 digit, not 3 digit, extension numbers and obviously did not bother to tell Biosilk. When you press 0 to get a human being, it puts you on hold for a while then transfers you back to the original menu, over and over and over and over and over and over again! No one responds to the contact form on their website either. It's a shame because it was a great brush that my dog and I absolutely loved for the first week. But most people expect a dog brush to last for a while, not need to be replaced every week or two!

I purchased this BioSilk pin brush to use on my yorkie along with BioSilk Therapy Detangling Spray. After bathing and drying him, I spray in the BioSilk Therapy and use this pin brush to work the spray through his coat. Since he is a small dog, I do wish the brush was shorter/smaller to make it easier to hold. This brush is the size of an average human hairbrush which is just a bit much for a small yorkie. Even with the size, it’s a great brush. I like it so much that I purchased the BioSilk Slicker brush.

2 Papillons, older one hates being brushed. But both don't mind this brush. The integrated comb is good for cleaning bristles. The shorter bristles collect a lot of loose hair.

Muy funcional pero el peine que viene oculto es muy frágil. Cada vez que peinaba a mi cachorrito, se caía una parte del peine.

El paquete venía muy maltratado... llegó por DHL y el cepillo venía roto .

Seems like a durable brush. Does what it’s supposed to!
