Great for babies or general use *by M***E on May 28, 2020* I had a tube of the A&D "First Aid Ointment" that was running low, and I noticed that the "Diaper Rash Ointment" was FAR cheaper. The first aid ointment was $3.24 for a 1.5oz tube ($2.16/oz) but the diaper rash ointment, maybe by virtue of being sold in larger quantities, was $10.97 for a 16oz tub ($0.68/oz), or this item, $17.68 for a 4-pack of 4oz tubes ($1.11/oz). I wasn't sure it was exactly the same, but I gave it a shot since we also have a baby and can put diaper rash cream to good use. As it turns out, the active ingredients are identical (Lanolin 15.5%, Petrolatum 53.4%), and they looked/smelled/worked identically. Don't be worried if you're looking for one and wondering if the other is any different. It seems likely that it's the exact same product with different packaging/marketing.
