Soft close is the best! Smaller than thought but easy to install and place! Highly recommend.

They work
They work fine. They initially seem cheap but once adjusted they're fine.

Not soft close
I got these to stop our bay window toy box from being slammed closed. They do a great job of holding the lid open and preventing the lid from accidentally closing when it's opened, but they do absolutely nothing to soften the closing process.

The worst junk I have ever seen!
This is the biggest junk I have ever seen. Amazon should.be ashamed for letting this junk being sold through them! The very fact that they will not put instructions in the package is down right criminal. Yes they email you some but that is a waste of time to even download. There is no way I would use these as they are very dangerous!! The plastic clips that hold the arms to the brackets broke the first time I used them. This is the nicest thing I can say about this crap. Shame on you Amazon!!

Adequate
Using for overhead cabinets that needed to be held up while rummaging through. They work, and are quite suitable for the task. I do feel they aren't the strongest, and if they were to be used really frequently they might fall apart. But since I'm only using them a couple times a week they're fine.

Cheap Cost, Cheap Quality. Not recommended
Bout to hold up my nook door. The joints were tok lose to hold them together enough for door- I even tried using horilla glue to keep them together. Nope! And to top it off they are a "left" and "right" support. They both the same "Right" hinge so you can't flip then to make it function better. Got a refund.Cheap Cost = Cheap quality. πππ

Meh
I donβt know if the toy boxes lids I made are too heavy or if these things are rated for a lot less than they said but they suck at slowly dropping the lid great at holding it up
