Beware left handed knife
I purchased the knife and assumes its a standard right handed knife, but beware it is a left handed.

love this
We love sushi, but stop going to a restaurant due to COVID-19 pandemic. So we buy sushi grade fish and make sushi at home. This knife has done its job well. It's light, easy to maneuver and sharp so I can slice fish easily.

Sharp and feels good in the hand. Bought a knife blade protector for safety.
This is an extremely sharp knife, one of the sharpest I have ever used, use care even when washing, will cut right through a sponge. I use this knife for sushi and skinning fruits, it has a plastic handle as it is a restaurant quality knife, it holds a pretty good edge when I resharpened on a steel it took about 20 seconds and was as sharp as a scalpel. Very pleased with the value of this purchase.

Works as described. Aesthetically not quite what I was hoping. You get what you pay for
I had bought the version with the hammered design. Unfortunately, the design is just on ONE side of the knife and the other side is just completely flat with nothing there. I'm not sure if it's standard for a knife to be like that but I was expecting the design to be on both sides of the knife (which is not something they explicitly show in their photos).Otherwise, it gets the job done
