It Worked!!!
Installed 3 color ink cartridges in my Epson 5100 and they worked first time without a glitch. I didn't expect that to happen but was willing to chance it because the Epson originals were so expensive and never printed as many pages as they said they would. Note: My printer is less than a year old and I only updated my software once when I first got it. That may be a key to success.

It gets no better than this!
Usually, I buy Epson ink at the store, so I was a little nervous about buying ink online. I found this set of replacement ink to be a great value. I ordered it so that when I ran out, I had some on hand. It arrived fast and in good condition. Since my printer had an update before I used it, the printer rejected the ink. Not only was the customer support team fast and easy to deal with months after my purchase, they provided a replacement product within days. They also gave me instructions to help make the ink I first received work with the update . Because they excelled in every way (price, delivery, product, support), they have earned a customer for life.

Only black works for WF-2860
It only recognized the black one, ordered by mistake another color box but remembered my last one never did recognize them. If it comes in tomorrow and still doesn't recognize it. I'll leave this review as is. If maybe I just got a bad box last time and it takes, I will update my review. The last time, I just went over to Walmart and got the Epson color ones....truthfully, if I remembered these didn't work the last time, I would have just did it again but they are now on their way....and we shall see.
