Review: Wonderful Treadmill - This treadmill is exactly what I have been looking for as far as size, functionality, durability, and price. It came nicely packaged with everything labeled and tools needed to set up. The instruction manual was great, but I especially love the easy to follow instructional videos that Ksports provides. Customer service was very responsive as well when I had a question later on about using the lubricant. Overall, it took about 30 minutes to get everything up and running. However, I think with a second person and few of your own tools, it will be even quicker. The treadmill looks well built, feels very stable and durable. Being medium size, it has a small foot print and with wheels, allows me to place this anywhere in my house. The platform can be folded up for storage but with a press on the hydraulic button using my foot, it will come gently back down. Really nice well thought out features! I especially like the display because it shows pulse, calories, distance, time simultaneously instead of having to cycle through the information like many other exercise machines. It also has a rack with hand weights to be used for light upper body workout while walking. The platform can manually be inclined by simply adjusting a pin to vary the difficulty which also works great for doing sit-ups or crunches using the built in foot bar. Very nice bonus to give me a full body work out. Lastly, It was very easy to pair my music and fitness apps to the treadmill. The main thing I would consider when deciding to buy this medium size treadmill is the size of the platform. If you have a longer stride or doing very aggressive training, the bigger size may be more suited for you. At medium speed, it is way more than enough for me. You should always use the the magnetic safety shutoff cord but especially at the higher speeds. Just make sure to attach the clip securely and test it to make sure it works properly. Being a bird watcher, I look forward to using my treadmill everyday. I place it in front of my window and enjoy a nice walk or jog in the park!

After reading the reviews and looking at the features, we decided to order this one. We are so happy we did because it has all the basic features we wanted for a good price. It is very sturdy despite it being foldable, which is important for us in a home with kids. Although we plan to leave it in one corner of our basement from now on, it’s so nice that we can easily fold it up and transport it to another area if needed. It was so easy install and it didn’t take long at all. It has all the basic functions we needed for a good work out at home, especially during the hot summer weather now and cold winters later here outside. As a bonus, it also comes with a handy rack for dumbbells storage. It comes with dumb bells and a floor mat for other workouts. I love how it stores everything neatly. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with the product. I am glad I have a treadmill to work out on while the baby sleeps without having to go out. It is so hard to find time to work out being a mom of a baby so it’s nice to have this option at the comfort of our home now at an affordable price.

**Q: If i’m 270lbs and losing can i use it? i know the max is 220 but would it make a huge difference since i’m losing?**
A: I would wait until you reach 220 pounds before using the machine. My treadmill handles my 200 pound weight easily, but too heavy a load on the moving surface will damage it. Keep at your method of losing weight so you can enjoy a great time using the treadmill.

**Q: I am 5' 9" is the length of the treadmill long enough  for me to run?**
A: Thanks for your question Jeanne. Our model in the picture is about 5'7".  We would recommend you to consider our Black Regular, the running belt of which is 43Lx16W inches, 3inches longer than Black Medium.

**Q: The lubricant that came with the treadmill spilled out in transport.  What can I use as a substitute for the lubricant?**
A: 3/1 oil

**Q: When will the new version with mph be released?**
A: Thanks for your message. The mph version of particular model will be ready around October. The other models AEP1001 and LJJ2001 will have mph from mid August.

This treadmill is exactly what I have been looking for as far as size, functionality, durability, and price. It came nicely packaged with everything labeled and tools needed to set up. The instruction manual was great, but I especially love the easy to follow instructional videos that Ksports provides. Customer service was very responsive as well when I had a question later on about using the lubricant. Overall, it took about 30 minutes to get everything up and running. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good treadmill, excellent customer service

I was hesitant to purchase a treadmill online but this was at a good price, had good reviews and the features I was looking for. I didn't need a top of the line treadmill for running, I wanted something easy to use and compact for walking a few miles daily. It was delivered by UPS and arrived two days early. It weighs 88lbs in the packaging so if you need to carry it solo, you may need to remove it from the packaging and carry each piece. It is very easy to assemble, takes about 15 minutes. It is easy to use, the display is clear and it seems to work well. It is relatively quiet. The motor seems adequate though it struggles a bit at higher speeds but for walking, it seems fine. I had an issue with a loud noise after using it a few days. I checked all the connections but couldn't determine the source. I dreaded the hassle of having to return it. I contacted the company customer service via email and received a response the next day. They asked for a video clip to hear the noise. I sent it and the next day they sent a video reply. I expected it to be a generic troubleshooting vid but it was a personal reply from one of their techs. They immediately sent the replacement parts to me. I think this treadmill is a good value. It seems solidly built, is easy to assemble, and use. It is compact and folds, which makes it perfect for small places though if you are tall, it may be too small for your stride. I am very pleased with their customer service and that they stand behind their products. I would purchase from this company again.
