It works great. I read the other negative comments, and I disagree. Just take a few minutes to correctly adjust it, and it works fine. I ran my own vertical stabilizing velcro strip over the top which greatly adds to the stability and fit. It would be a four star but the price is right (<$20). I had the old Conjo Headgear, and this works just as well.Originally submitted Oct 2017, still working great August 2018. Remember this is just the strap to secure the Adams circuit, which is not included. Be sure to add you own "over the top" strap to fully stabilize.

I received exactly what I expected when I ordered.I gave this only 4 stars, because it is not made as well as these used to be. The material is lighter, thinner, and with less stretch; Obviously trying to keep the price down, which I appreciate but this will wear out more quickly than the set available several years ago. The velcro strips for attaching the nose strap to the headgear were too wide, requiring cutting them in half length wise to fit the headgear.Overall very pleased with this headgear, in spite of my nit picking.

You need to modify it a little, and the top part needs to be attached better, but overall for the price it's good.

Had doubts after using Breeze for 20 years but this is amazing. Very lite and fits great, only took couple nights to get used to it.

I do not know how good it really is. I have compared it with other kinds and do not like them as well. This one does not last long and really is not worth the money as far as durability. However, the fit is good for me.

This head gear is made with a foam that is not like the the original puritan Bennett product. The foam internal material tears and separates from the lycra-like external material within three weeks of use.I resorted to buying neoprene and lycra and making my own head gear.I would not recommend this unless you can afford replacing it every three to four weeks.

I have been using this same type of headgear for over ten years. The price is excellent. Once you have your complete headgear all you need to do is replace this part. I use to have to buy a complete setup. I'm glad to find just the part I need.
