I've found this is the quickest and easiest way to get electrolytes into my system. They dissolve quickly on my tongue, taste great, and get into my system quickly. Best of all, it's not loaded with sugar like a lot of electrolyte replacement products; so with zero carbs or sugars, I can use it while intermittent fasting. This terrific product has become an essential part of my health routine.

This is weirdly the only dissolvable electrolyte strip I could find and it definitely fulfills that claim! Personally I think the grape flavoring was a mistake, it very very subtle and makes it more off flavored than grape. It's already very minty but a stronger mint flavor and no grape flavoring would be much more suitable. Regardless, flavoring only knocks it down a single star. If you're looking for fast acting electrolyte ingestion, I'd highly recommend!

The day I received two boxes I ordered of these strips I decided I would go ahead and try one. It was a super hot day and I spent the day at pool swimming. I took just one, let it dissolve and within 2 hours I got a serious headache. I knew that my blood pressure was up because of the kind of headache it was so I thought I better check it. 164/136. I am on BP meds and it is controlled well until I took one of these strips. So I would be very cautious before I took one if you have high blood pressure. I ended up at the ER.

Upon receiving the package, I was slightly surprised by how large the box was. When I opened the box, I was met with 10 individually wrapped electrolyte strips. I appreciate that they're individually wrapped, because if you've ever had breath strips that stuck together, you know - things like this could be extremely overpowering. That said - it's a LOT of packaging for such a small item.Next, I pulled one out and put it in my mouth. It immediately glued to the roof of my mouth. It did taste like grape flavoring... and salt. Which - electrolyte - makes sense. These do not dissolve fast. If you don't like grape flavoring (think concord grapes), you're not going to want this. I'm not sure that I felt any more or less hydrated after having ingested this strip. Likely more, because I also drank a ton of water afterward to wash the flavor out of my mouth. Maybe that was the plan all along.At $17.00 for 3 small boxes of these, i definitely would not be purchasing moving forward. Maybe if they came down to less than $5 a box - I'd consider it if it were something i needed often.

I was so excited about this concept! I live in Phoenix,AZ, where some days you deplete your electrolytes just by bringing in the mail, let alone exerting yourself. And sometimes I’m just not in the mood to drink a gallon of water or a hydrating drink. So these strips, are literally a lifesaver! 10 of these strips come individually wrapped in a smallish box. As stated in the description, flavor was not their priority. That being said, they are tolerable. They are extremely salty, then minty, with a slightly sweet undertone, not exactly grape flavor. I think the idea is great! And I am a fan! Love that they are portable and will travel well. If you’ve ever kept a bottle of water in your car, in the summer, in Phoenix, you know what I mean! Highly recommend!

I usually have my bigger 70oz water bottle around while working out and get plenty of water throughout; my intracellular hydration however isn't always where it needs to be, and carrying around powders or drops (or worse, remembering to add them beforehand) isn't ideal... These Solves strips can not only fit in a gym bag, but can fit a pocket if needed, and allow for a dose of electrolytes whenever!The strips are each individually sealed, and come with 10 in each box; the pouches they're sealed in are easy to open even with bigger fingers, somninteeth tearing is necessary. The flavor is grape-ish, but not really artificial grape, and they have a bit of a minty-mentholated aftertaste. They dissolve in around 30 seconds and aren't dissimilar to the old Listerine breath strips.These are definitely worth having around if you don't want to pay for pre-bottled flavored waters or powder sticks - and especially if you're like me and get plenty of water by itself already!
