No, it doesn't come with wiring. It is just the mirror panel nothing else.

i need one for 2011 Ford Fuzion SE or can i use this one ,just dont plug in the heat

I bought it for my 2017 Ford Fusion and it fit just fine. If the model hasn’t changed much then it may fit but I’m not sure
