Voodoo Lab PedalPower 3 High Current 8-Output Isolated Power Supply (PP3)

This power supply is worth every penny. First, it is compact and very light weight (I was surprised!). It delivers clean power at VERY low noise level. Also, you cannot beat their customer service. I bought a used Pedal Power 2 Plus a few years ago. I plugged it in recently and it didn't work. They asked me to return it and they will fix it FOR FREE!! Remind you, I bought this used from Reverb.com!!! Wow.

I’ve been a PP2 user for years and years. I tried going to a GigRig set up, buying in to the sweet sincerity of Dan and Mick in their videos, but I was disappointed by constant software glitches in both the G2 and G3 units I tried. More importantly, their far-too-expensive power options still created constant hum and ground loop issues. Multiple emails to their tech people produced always friendly but never problem-solving answers. Fast forward to using the PP3… not a single problem. Dead quiet.

I also bought a Dingbat pedal board, and this power supply attaches perfectly to it. This is supposed to be a very low-noise power supply and even though I did not measure the noise, I definitely could not hear any noise coming through my amp. It's pretty versatile with the power options that it provides, which is accurately stated in the product description. It's not super cheap, but the quality is really good. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

I had been using a budget alternative that was about one tenth of the cost, but it kept dying on me. In contrast this Voodoo labs power supply is clearly professional grade. The problem with the cheap ones is that they tend to overheat and shutdown if you're playing longer shows or if you play outside on a hot day. This power supply doesn't have that problem. This is the most expensive thing on my pedal board, but it's well worth it.

Silence. Even with a Telecaster single coil. There is no buzz. I have looked high and low for solutions to the noise issues and now my Deluxe Reverb through 11 pedals and a Tele or Strat or my beloved PRS is as clean as I have ever heard it. Could it be the isolation of every single output? Could it be that all the milliamps my pedals crave they are given in complete abundance? Is it because this tiny. light weight pedal that took over the place the my Voodoo labs 4X4 reigned is is just better? I think so. Voodoo labs has botten better, and yes it cost me $249 plus tax to get there - but hey this is what we do. We seek tone. Shout out to Licario for fast delivery and having this in stock.

Lightweight, dependable power, only thing it should come with for the price is a doubler cable for 18v pedals.

Had a cheaper "isolated power supply", Also had a him I couldn't get rid of.Got this, no more hum.It's worth every penny, works great and is expandable.

I had a cheap Donner power supply before getting this one and it was super noisy. Switching to the Voodoo Lab PP+3 is like night and day. Completely noise free.It's an expensive supply but if low noise is something you care about you won't regret getting one.

Ahora con mayor corriente por socket 500ma y más ligera. Es necesario comprar el soporte para fijarla a la Pedalboard

I replaced my PP2+ and ISO5 with this PP3+. Night and day of a difference. My board is finally hum free. Built quality is top notch. I highly recommend this product.

This works fine. I've had bad experiences with power supplies in the past that just add background noise, and one of theme were advertised to be high quality and grounded supplies but still ended up adding background noise.But this one is perfect, does NOT add any background noise at all. Which for me is a big plus when looking for a pedal power supply.I like the fact that you can hook up an extention to it to power more pedals off it, which I'm yet to get my hands on. The fact that two of the outlets have a variable voltage option, not that I have any pedals that need the extra power.Of course the only down side is the price. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 if it was a bit more affordable.
