Q: Will it fit underneath the airplane seat in front of me?

Not knowing which airplane seat is in front of you, it is difficult to say with certainty. However, it will fit under the seats in most Boeing jets and most Airbus jets as well. Where it starts to get questionable is with the Embraer and bombardier jets. On those you almost always will have to put it in the overhead bin.

Q: Would my Tamron 500mm fit in this alone with my Canon 300mm, 55mm, two bodies and other odds and ends?

Yes, but not much space left for the odds and ends.

Q: Does it have a tripod attachment?

Yes it does. It includes straps that are used to strap down the tripod. There is also a front pocket where the legs of the tripod go in.

Q: I know that its specs state a 10" tablet. Is there anyway I can fit a 13 - 15" laptop in this?

Hello, The Think Tank Photo StreetWalker and StreetWalker Pro both have a dedicated laptop compartment which measures 7.7"W x 10.4"H x 0.4". The Think Tank Photo StreetWalker Harddrive does have a dedicated laptop compartment larger, measuring 10"W x 16.1"H x 0.9".
