This wireless charging stand is simple, stable, and does the job without fuss. Charging is consistent, and the angled stand makes it easy to see notifications while the phone charges. Build quality is better than expected for an Amazon Basics product. Just note you’ll need your own AC adapter.

It may not charge fast, but it works and keeps my phone at a perfect angle on my desk. I got one as a gift and liked it so much I bought another.

Overall I liked the product. My only quibble is the activity light on the front of the item. For some reason the designers did not allow the light to differentiate between charging and being fully charged - both show a pulsing blue light, which is also confirmed by the instructions. The only way to know if the phone is fully charged is to turn it on and check the battery level. Seems like a no-brainer to have the light turn solid or turn a different color when the phone is fully charged. My only other quibble is that when you take the phone off the charger, the light stays a solid blue - forever, it does not shut off when not in use. Common sense would dictate that when you put the phone on the charger it would show a pulsing blue light to indicate charging, a solid blue light to indicate that the charging is complete and it turns off when the phone is removed. I did put a non wireless phone on the charger to see what happened and got a green light indicating a foreign object. Other than these issues, the charger had no problems charging an iPhone with an Otterbox case on and seemed to charge it fairly quickly without a high speed charging adapter.

purchased december 2024/I love this docking station/It also allows me to talk hands free while charging. We have two as well. One in my husband's home office. Mine is in the living room. I've used it in the kitchen as well so I can converse whilst cooking.

I purchased two of the Amazon Basics 10W Qi Certified Wireless Charging Stands, thinking the issue with the first one was just a problem with my charging cable. Unfortunately, both units had the same dangerous flaw: the charging cable melted into the port and, alarmingly, caught on fire. This is not just a minor defect; it’s a significant fire hazard. Specific Issues: Cable Melting into the Port: On both units, the charging cable melted while in use, causing the device to malfunction and pose a serious safety risk. Fire Hazard: The stand actually caught fire while being used, which could easily have resulted in damage to my home or office. If left unattended, this product could cause catastrophic consequences like burning down property. No AC Adapter Included: The product does not come with an AC adapter, requiring users to supply their own. This adds another layer of uncertainty regarding compatibility and safe usage. Warning to Users: Do Not Leave Unattended: If you decide to use this product, (despite the safety risks I’ve highlighted) do not leave it plugged in without supervision. It could catch fire even during regular use. Consider Safer Alternatives: There are many wireless charging stands available on the market. I strongly recommend exploring other brands that have better safety records and reviews. Recommendation: Amazon needs to address these issues immediately and take accountability. This product is defective and unsafe for customers. It should either be removed from sale or thoroughly redesigned to eliminate safety risks. In conclusion, do not buy this charging stand unless you’re willing to risk damage to your property or personal safety. As someone who values safety and reliability over convenience, I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Great wireless charger. Brings my phone from empty to full charge quickly.

My current phone is only a few years old but it’s getting harder and harder to charge using the charging port. I’ve tried cleaning it and blowing it out with compressed air but the contacts don’t seem to be connecting much anymore. This isn’t really an issue if you have a wireless charger. This is my first one but it seems reliable. It takes a few seconds to begin charging once it’s on and it may charge a little slower than a wired connection but I’ll take that over inserting the cable a dozen times hoping it works at all. And since it’s angled you can still use your phone while it’s charging if you need to! And it’s cheap! Win win I say. Recommended.

Charger works fine with Android based phones, such as Galaxy S23 and Galaxy Note 10. However, does not charge a iPhone reliably. I have had an iPhone 13 and iPhone SE 2023 model not charge completely or at all at times using this charger. Both will start to charge, but randomly the charger will start to blink green and the device will stop charging. I have tried positioning the iPhones in different ways, but all still fail to charge every time. Sometimes they will charge correctly, however more often than not they will stop at some point and the charger just starts blinking a green light even though the iPhone will be far from even 90% charged. The point it decides to stop charging is random, so you never know how charged your iPhone may be the following day. I have a couple of the Yootech versions like this charger and they work great. I also have one of the flat Yootech versions and it works great. I just purchased a INIU brand to replace this Amazon brand to hopefully have a charger that works with my iPhones.
