I used Loreal eyeshadow primer for years; they had two different versions but stopped making both a while ago and I've been on the hunt since then. I didn't use it as primer for shadow, but rather just a light neutral color (I've tried using just shadow but those don't stay put very well). Since then I've tried several different brands, from cheap to expensive and haven't found one that works as well as Loreal did.This has worked the best out of all of them I've tried. This goes on well but dries more "stiff" (for lack of a better description) than I'd like. It also doesn't last as long as Loreal did. I'll continue using this until I find something better.

Love this primer. I especially love you can use it as a primer or alone to brighten you eyes up. It doesn't crease like many primers (think urban decay). It goes on smooth, lasts for full 24 hours but easy. To remove, never sweats off, it's my go to makeup product. So glad Amazon carries it now. No other eye primer comes close!

Nice base even finish for eyelids before eyeliner or shadow.. quality known brand always.

I tried applying after I used moisturizer and it was very dry, caked up and not useful at all for covering up my under eye bags. Wished I had believed the other negative reviews.
