This works really well, i use it in our back yard to extend the wifi range when the door is closed. simply position the device so that it has line of sight to the Main Router (Work through Glass Doors/Windows). We watch 4K TV outside whilst using 3 devices no problem. Xiaomi is a top Brand

At the first time the app doesn't work and not responding at all, I requested a return for the product. But after many attempts rebooting the app it just worked fine!!. Any way

The device does not support your UAE plugs I have to buy adapter to match with UAE plugs That’s why was not showing in the picture to avoid the ordering this item. I’m not recommending anyone to buy.

It's cheap so you get what you pay for, did struggle through connecting it with the main wifi by using xiaomis app, keep in mind it'll use the host wifi's name

It's working perfectly, so good quality & usefull for wifi range extender.

Everything about it is good, except that you have to download an app to set it up, you can't do it through a link or a web browser like you usually would in other brands, still worth the price

Great little extender. Do not expect to get your full speed out of it - this is an extender. It's connected to your "main" wifi router, so if that signal is bad, the ping and upload/download speeds will be too. Mine is around 5 meters away from the main router with two fairly thin walls between it and the main router. I get 20-25 mbit/s up- and download (I have 100/100 mbit/s) when standing next to the extender, and around 10 mbit/s up- and download when standing outside the house (brick house), around 8-10 meters from it. I mainly use this for communication with my smart devices that are not in range of the main router, and since it's a 2,4GHz band extender it does the job perfectly. I am however also able to stream full HD content to my phone anywhere on the front lawn as well, so that's a nice plus. Installation is very simple via the Mi Home app, I really don't think anybody would struggle with it. Looks wise it's quite small and sleek. It's one of those devices you install and forget as it can be controlled via the app, and the firmware updates are automatic. If you need to extend the signal and the ping and speeds aren't your main concern, I would say that this extender is perfect for the job. Couldn't recommend it more personally.

Es un excelente router, no esperaba que hiciera tan bien su trabajo; estába batallando porque necesito internet en la planta alta de un edificio y no llega la suficiente señal del módem al área donde lo requiero, instale este router esperaba que captará y compartiera con dificultad el internet pero Oh sorpresa excelente recepción y la suficiente emisión de señal de internet (9Mb estables) cómo para ver streaming, hacer videollamadas, descargar y enviar archivos de forma no muy rápida pero estable (esto influenciado por la poca señal que capta del módem que está alejado), etc. La interfaz de instalación en la aplicación Mihome es intuitiva, quede sorprendido, la verdad si lo recomiendo. En cuanto a la instalación solo es cuestión de conectar al tomacorrientes, descargar la app mihome seguir unos breves pasos y listo. Excelente calidad precio, personalmente considero que me salió barato para lo bien que hace su función. El único contra que le veo es que el instructivo del producto viene en chino pero no es algo que opaque lo bien que funciona ya que abundan los vídeos en Youtube de como hacerlo funcionar; tenía el temor que el tipo de enchufe no fuera tipo americano pero SI lo es.
