Works Great
Overall it works great. The box it came in had seen better days but everything was there. The bolts and screws were loose inside. Seems pretty sturdy, not exactly light. Set up was extremely easy. The stack pipes took a little work to but they do fit together nicely. One pipe was slightly bent at the top but bent it back with pliers, also the metal piece that the pipe sits on i had to bend a little too so it sat right, nothing major. Tried tinfoil on the bottom ash collector thinking it would help clean up, but hot embers made it's way down through the grate openings and cooking tinfoil doesn't have a great smell. Some of the ashes fell on the sides so i took the foil out. The paint around the pipe base part is the only place so far i've seen the paint peel, but i didn't buy it for looks.

Pretty good.
Mainly bought this to burn mail and scrap wood on the patio. The way it goes together you would expect there to be smoke leaking out but there was none. There's no spark arrestor but doesn't seem to need one. Barely any came out the top. The door was bent upon unboxing it and the fire glass was cracked when I put it together in the corner, but still works great. I burned it pretty hot, the paint peeled in some places but there was no noticeable warping in the metal. Overall pretty happy with what I'm going to use it for. If you want to use this inside definitely do a first burn outside.

I survived -3°F on a mountain top most recently
I have zero complaints really. The only things I can think of are the need to cut length from most bought firewood and the damper causes some smoke back up. It's fine leaving that open because the burn is still long with plenty of heat. And yes, you'll need to spend more money on a spark arrestor and damper, oh my. Plus, you also need a CO detector. So, get over it and just get what's needed. And YES, IT SMELLS from paint and requires 3 or 4 GOOD BURNS to rid the stove of the paint smell. Obviously the people complaining about this never read the reviews because it is mentioned numerous times. But then again there are questions about weight when it's clearly listed in the product description. Apparently I got a good one because everything went together as it should (even minus directions). Nothing leaks, falls off, warps or whatever folks have problems with. Then again, I have the ability to read and reason. I've had the first stove pipe glowing and used it from -3F to the low 40s with zero issues. Oh, and when you start the fire it will leak some around the lid, however, once it heats and expands it stops.Makes you wonder about misuse and improper assembly by the 25% of folks giving it 3 or fewer stars.

So Underwhelmed. 1st Order was a bust. So was the 2nd replacement order. BOTH WENT BACK!
I am no expert, but there was no original box. No instructions. The grate inside was covered in soot. The ash drawer pull ring had no way to affix it to the ash drawer (missing hardware). The front door to the fire box's latch was welded into place crooked, bent and so badly so that I know it wouldn't be rebent (or corrected) easily if my husband heated it up to repair it and the door wouldn't even open i it was jammed shut. I sent it back. The welding just looks rough and unprofessional. I know this isn't the BEST stove out there. But for $180, I expected more.Review Update: My second replacement stove has arrived. The assh drawer has hardware and hte front latch works. STILL 1 STAR. The back chimney portion that connect the chimney to the stove is too loose to BE SAFE. Also, using a flashlight, I checked all the stove seams. This thing is a MADEINCHINA piece of you-know-what. The flashlight shone through! Meaning - smoke will escape, which is a breathing and fire hazard. The second one is going BACK. Ugh.

This can be a good stove for you but not turn key. Simple changes most folks can do themselves.
I made a few simple changes. Some are temporary and some are a good final answer.I cut back the air on the front and controlled the air with the ash bin opening. Also experimented with air flow in the rear and about half of the holes worked best for me but my magnetic cards did not last long back there. I added some screws on the pipe to stove adapter. A simple change and not needed but added a heat spring on the latch on the fire box. I think you could get away with out it. 16" piece of wood stops the legs from folding. Just held in place with a screw. The stove burns clean on the smoke pipe but will smoke if you cut off too much air. I have not put in a damper yet. Paint burns off so run if a few times outside first and avoid that smoke in your lungs. Yes the magnetic strips I used came from rock auto. Cooked beans in a open pot with both round pieces in place and still had enough heat using cedar and fir wood. The gloves are for a very tiny hand.

Great stove great price easy to assemble!
The media could not be loaded. Using this tiny wood burning stove for my tiny house. Solid build and easy to put together. Took it out for a test run as seen in the video above and so far it works great. Only negative is, there are 2 screws and 2 nuts that have no explanation. 1 is used for the handle that goes to the tray. The other i have no idea what its for. Unless it goes through the hole in the center of the stove top to prevent smoke from coming through.

Cheap, unsubstantial, poorly made.
This stove is very poorly made. Flue attachment gaps away from stove; is held on only when flat plate is on stove and the whole unit, flue and pipes, falls off when plate removed to use grill. Arrived w damaged flue pipes, door not sealed, smoke from several orifices; no damper. Extremely small fire box and finish was lifting after first burn.
