Awesome! Helps with pain
Excellent. I made a rub using beeswax, arnica, olive oil, comfrey leaf, plantain leaf and arnica flowers. Everyone that I gifted these rub to reported back that it helps decrease their paint drastically. The receipts that I gave it to have the follow diagnosis: tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, general neck pain, achilles tendon sprain and compressed cervical disc pain. Thank Jesus that this is providing my love ones with some relief.

Do Not Ingest Comfrey!
I don't think I realized that Comfrey should never be ingested before purchasing this. Therefore I've only opened the bag to take a whiff, and that's about it so far. I do regret purchasing it without this knowledge before being prepared to use it in a recipe. However this herb has a lot of good qualities regardless...So here is some accurate and important info for you guys: Do not take Comfrey by mouth due to it's pyrrolizidine alkaloids, which can cause lung disease, cancer, and liver damage. It's best used topically on unbroken skin for periods less than 10 days. Also, avoid using Comfrey if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.Comfrey features an impressive cocktail of skin-healing compounds including allantoin, tannins, rosmarinic acid, saponins, calcium, potassium, and vitamins A, B, and C. It's leaves and stems are antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and age-defying when used in skincare.Comfrey was a secret beauty ingredient used by ancient civilizations for it's skin-healing, anti-aging, and youth-promoting effects.Comfrey moisturizes, renews and rejuvenates skin, encourages skin cell turnover, fights wrinkles, brightens, protects from bacteria, inflammation, and redness, nourishes skin layers, and protects skin from UV damage.Comfrey is usually found in beauty products like scrubs, masks, night creams, and blemish busters.Medicinally, Comfrey treats back pain, osteoarthritis, sprains, bruises, wounds, sore throat, joint pain, chest pain, and swelling/inflammation.You can use this herb to make an oil, ointment, salve, poultice, compress, facial scrub, or anti-aging cream. So there are many benefits to Comfrey, and it's a good weapon for your DIY skincare arsenal. It may also work really well when combined with herbs like Arnica and Calendula for using as a salve for bruises, and muscle and joint pain, and inflammation. Both of them are known for those uses, and the combination could be efficient in helping people with Fibromyalgia and CFS, arthritis and back pain.If you get this Comfrey, remember, it's a pretty large amount if you're just starting out. So although the price may be good, herbs don't stay fresh forever, so just consider that. Good luck!

Generous quantity & great quality in a resealable bag!
I am very happy with the amount & quality of this product! I am making my own salves and body butters! This comfrey is great for healing damaged skin & mixed with other healing flowers like calendula & then you put into a jar & add your preferred oil. I use a mixture of nourishing oils good for the skin. Then let them sit for 4-6 weeks, giving the jar a good shake every day or so. I keep mine in a cool dark place, as I was told by the makers of the oil mixture that I use, that this is a better way. I asked because I have read other instructions that say tha they put there mixture in a sunny window for the duration. This did not sound right to me, as many oils say "do not keep in direct light", as this will degrade the oil & reduce it's healing properties. So, I keep my mixture in a paper bag for the time period. Which ever way you choose, this is a great product in a resealable bag!
