Q: I can’t point my toe. These might help with getting a boot on. Anyone have a picture of boot with both zippers unzipped?

I don't have a picture handy, however I can tell you that when you unzip both zippers, you can almost drop your foot right into the boot. The most accessible footwear I have ever had, and the comfort is suprising. I typically wear these to work since I ride in, and when I get home 10+ hours later my feet are not tired. Love these boots.

Q: How do i get thw accuate size boot without getting too big or small

They are true to size. I wear a 10 1/2. It comes with plenty of toe room if you want to wear thick socks, which happens to be something I like to do while riding my bike.
