Copper Two Handles Frying Pan with Lid

I ordered this in the 12" diameter on January 30th and it just arrived this morning, February 6th. So I am very, very pleased with the quick shipping.I haven't used it yet but I am looking forward to having this in my kitchen for years to come. The craftsmanship is impeccable, just as I would expect from an Italian artisan.

I recently received the larger one. Have cooked in it 6 or the 9 nights I’ve had it. It’s better then I imagined!! It’s easy to use, lid fits snugly, well balanced handles, easy to use on stovetop and oven. Cleaning is a breeze.Follow the seasoning instructions and you’ll be setting yourself up for a wonderful experience

Pan arrived early, yea! Looks good. The lid fit is very nice and the tinning is the best I've seen, are you listening Mauviel. You can see the process on you tube. Thinking about getting a few more pieces at these great prices. I will recommend this cookware not just for the quality, but the affordability also. Really pleased with this purchase easily the same quality as Mauviel at much better prices.

A friend of mine visited Italy and purchased one of these pans from Bottega del Rame. I was so impressed with his, I just had to have one. This family has been making copper cookware by hand forever... The quality is amazing and the look and feel is that of a family heirloom. Something you can pass down because it has been cared for and shared hundreds of meals.

Simple pan, beautiful craftsmanship. Don't hesitate. The hammering is very subtle, light just shimmers over it.
