Makes Awful Chips
I was so excited to get this appliance, but the first time I used it the chips were inedible. After watching several You Tube videos I managed to improve the chips the second time, but they were ridiculously complicated to make and half of them were not browned or cooked - nasty. I am at a loss to understand why so many people recommend air fryers. Maybe this particular one is just rubbish, but I have no desire to spend a whole two hours making chips for two people, when a normal deep fat fryer does the job in twelve minutes - and the chips are 100% better. I am going to see if I can sell this air fryer - what a waste of money - and I have already ordered another deep fat fryer for a third of the price I paid for this travesty. Really, really disappointed. Chips should be golden, crispy and soft in the middle. Come on, people - what is the attraction of these things? Everyone raves about them but they're awful.

Excellent value air fryer
Have used this product fir nearly six months and it has changed how I cook fir the better.The only reason for the dropped point is that it suddenly stopped working just before Christmas. I contacted the suppliers C P Products and Phillip responded within 5 minutes with a few suggestions and questions.He offered to send out a replacement and this happened by the new year.I have to commend the company for their after sales and Philip for being so pro active.I m now looking forward to using my new fryer...can t wait..

Gorgeous little thing
Bought this in white. It’s so pretty and does a decent job. Could’ve been a bit cheaper but I ordered on behalf of someone else and they love it. Looks really trendy.
