Superior sound, headphones
I got these based on the recommendation of a friend. I use these to mix down music tracks in my studio. They are very comfortable better than other headphones I’ve had in the past these ranks superior. The felt air cushions makes it much much enjoyable for long periods of time of listening to music, other than the leather ear foams that make you sweat the quality is superior I can hear all the elements in a song through these headphones which makes mixing and leveling sounds much easier. I never really liked headphones in the studio while I was mixing because I believe as long as I had good reference monitors , I don’t have to have something covering my ears but these guys are very comfortable and the sound quality follows that. Although I will remain mixing without headphones, but when I have to mix critical portions of the mix, I wil reach for these very quickly.

Good phones
Considering their current price these phones are really good. Left/Right spread is good with reasonable soundstage and a fairly flat presentation. I’m not sure why some find the bass low. Based on music I am familiar with including my own the phones are faithful in timbre. They certainly aren’t bass shy.The only concern are the plastic frame, particularly the ears on the way too easy to swivel. The case, extra pads, and two types of cables are welcomed.A pleasant surprise in terms of capability.

Quality sound
These headphones have a good quality of sound, they fall a little short in the bass area though. They have phenomenal highs and mids, but not a lot of bass. The bass sound is great just not enough of it. I previously had a pair of Beats Pro Audio, they had amazing bass, and great highs, but the mids lacked. I listen to mostly classic rock and metal, so the mids are hugely important. Just go ahead and pass on these headphones if you listen to rap, hip hop or any other bass driven music. Personally I'm happy with these for the price, I just have turn the bass a little higher.

The Current Pinnacle of Closed Back Headphones
Simply the best sounding closed back headphones you can buy, at any price. More expensive headphones might give you greater comfort, or a better build quality, possibly both, but they will absolutely be a downgrade in sound.

Missing pieces
Was missing straight cord and threaded adapter. Can’t get replacement pieces so had to send it back.

Shure no me fallo.
