Avoid At All Costs Mate
Very catastrophic customer service, did not refund returns postage even though I wrote a note to them explaining that I was returning it. They then claimed that I didn’t write a note & that if I had then they would have sent me a free postage label. The carpet is VERY rough, it will definitely give you carpet burn, it is not in fit state to be sold, I understand it’s pile material and therefore is naturally rough but this carpet is rough on another level. The colour pigment of the carpet is also very washed out - would not recommend the carpet or customer service.
