5 stars: recommended; would buy againI bought these to allow me to quickly attach cat toys to a wand, so that there's no metal or other hazards for kitty to munch on. These work great for that: even without nimble fingers, I'm able to add/remove them from the eye-hook on the wand without trouble. They are strong enough to hold plenty of weight and it's easy to thread yarn through the center.If you want them for a more traditional use, be sure to measure before purchasing: these are tiny and suitable for no more than one ring at a time.A nice bonus: they come in a small plastic box, so you don't have to figure out how to store the ones you aren't using.

I use these key rings in my classroom for flashcard sets, hanging charts, and activities, and they’ve been super handy! You get a lot for a great price, which makes it a really good deal. Some of them were a little loose and didn’t stay closed as well as I’d like, but overall, they still worked for what I needed. Definitely a useful classroom tool!

I made my own row counter for my knitting but needed a larger ring to accommodate larger knitting needles. This worked perfectly to give me several options for how to use it. Plus plenty of rings to find other uses for them.

Purchased these to replace some larger (1 inch) key rings. These work OK, but are limited to use with only small keys. It is difficult to use with larger keys as the small diameter makes it difficult to install. And it you manage to get it on a large key, it may be somewhat distorted and partially open due to the force necessary to install. I found these too small for many of my applications. Suggest a 3/4 inch diameter as a minimum.
